The SentryGrid audit log is a forward-only hash chain (sg_audit.audit_log). Every state mutation by an analyst or operator emits an envelope whose row_hash links to the previous row. This page reports the chain head and the most recent independent verification.

The chain verifier lives behind the authenticated audit.verifyChain procedure today. Federal evaluators with credentials can verify directly from the authenticated app at /audit; an unauthenticated read endpoint is tracked for the next sprint. Re-verify to refresh the cache once the endpoint is wired.
